Mr. Bissell

Mr. Bissell's law practice focuses on business and business litigation with an emphasis on construction, general business and real estate-related matters. Mr. Bissell has over 30 years of experience in managing all phases of a general business practice, including negotiating and drafting the operative documents in complex purchase,sale, and close/or close space lease transactions; successfully litigating in both the federal and state courts through trial and appeal; managing the arbitration and mediation of disputes through award or resolution.

The Law Offices of William G. Bissell has represented buyers and sellers in complex business, commercial, real estate, and construction-related transactions and has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in business, commercial, real estate and construction litigation. Over the course of his practice, Mr. Bissell has successfully represented some of California’s leading businesses, contractors material suppliers as well as individual business proprietors in a broad array of transactions and litigation.

Mr. Bissell attended California State University San Diego where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1975. He attained a Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1980.

From 1986 to 1993, Mr. Bissell was senior litigation partner in charge of managing the litigation department for an established Orange County law firm.

In 1993, Mr. Bissell founded and has since headed the Law Offices of William G. Bissell where he continues to concentrate in the areas of general business, real estate, business litigation and construction litigation.
