William G. Bissell has practiced business law in Orange County since 1980. In 1993, after serving as senior litigation partner and managing the litigation department of an established firm, Bissell founded Law Offices of William G. Bissell. For three decades Bissell has successfully represented a range of clients, from California's largest contractors and material suppliers to small business proprietors, in a variety of transactions and litigation in general business, real estate and construction.
Bissell has presented courses to the construction industry on subjects such as lien rights, stop-notice rights and related remedies. He consults as well to various businesses in the areas of preventative compliance with administrative regulations and operational requirements.
